The Department of Education sends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Vidal Jun Riva of Limay National High School for bagging the third place award in the Civil Service Commission 2022 Online Photography Contest (Regional Level) in line with the celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme, “Transforming Public Servants Toward Resiliency”. Teacher Vidal’s winning photo is titled “Educator: A passion, not just a profession”.
